Configuring
Port
Information Each port must be configured based on where you
intend to print.
♦ MonarchNet MPX has four parallel output ports
identified as P1, P2, P3 and P4. For added flexibility,
the ports, (P3 and P4) can be configured as standard
serial outputs.
♦ MonarchNet DX has two parallel output ports
identified as P1 and P2.
♦ MonarchNet SX has a single parallel output port
identified as P1.
♦ MonarchNet MIO (internal) has an MIO port
identified as P1 and a parallel port identified at P2.
♦ MonarchNet EIX (internal) has two parallel output
ports identified as P1 and P2.
♦ MonarchNet 100x has three parallel output ports
identified as P1, P2 and P3. For added flexibility, the
port P4 can be configured as a standard serial
output.
♦ MonarchNet 100s has one parallel output port
identified as P1 and one serial output port identified
as P2.
♦ MonarchNet 100I (internal) has an MIO port
identified as P1 and a parallel port identified at P2.
After the Configure menu appears, you can access the following
configuration option screens. The options available to you are based upon
the port you have selected for configuration.
