20.12.6 Global Dante Enabled Control
Two buttons, ON and OFF, control the Dante Enabled status of all devices that are online and present in the
current system configuration (not applicable for MY8-LAKE). A confirmation is required prior to changing this
status across all devices.
Both buttons will be blue if a combination of status are present, or one button will be orange if all devices
have the same status. Status indicators summarize the number of online devices in the current system
configuration that have this status set to ON or OFF.
Two additional buttons, 48 kHz and 96 kHz control the Dante sample rate for all Dante-enabled devices in
the current system configuration.
20.12.7 Global Dante Transmit Enabled Control
Two buttons, ON and OFF, control the Dante Transmit Enabled status of all devices that are online and
present in the current system configuration (not applicable for MY8-LAKE). A confirmation is required prior
to changing this status across all devices.

have the same status.
20.13 Log Files
For every Lake Controller session, two sets of log files are created. These XML files can be viewed as text
or imported into Microsoft Excel. The files are located in the installation folder /logs, also available via a
Windows Start menu shortcut.
To import log files into Microsoft Excel, right click on
the file and choose OPEN WITH->EXCEL. For Excel
2003 and later, select OPEN AS AN XML LIST.
Earlier versions of Excel (pre-2003) do not provide
full XML support and should not be used for log
file import.
20.13.1 Statistical log files
Assuming at least one Lake-enable amplifier is present in the current system configuration, the
Lake Controller software will continuously log statistical information to a file. The logged data includes
amplifier operation statistics in addition to faults and warnings.
20.13.2 Event Log
When a session is ended the EVENT LOG currently viewable in the EVENT LOG tab is written to a file.
