16.3.2 Out of Sync
The Lake Controller and Lake devices could become out of sync for the following reasons:
▸ An update was made using the Controller software while a device was offline.
▸ A communication or network error occurred during an update.
When the affected Modules return online, the Controller compares its data with that in the devices. If
differences are found, the Controller highlights which Modules are out of sync.
OUT OF SYNC Modules or related Groups are set to
VIEW ONLY. No further changes can be made until
the Lake Controller (Computer) and Lake devices
(Processors) are synchronized.
Audio will not be affected unless the
USE COMPUTER SETTINGS option is selected; in
this instance audio may change depending on the
differences from the current Processor settings.
