selected then the dosing rate cannot be altered while dosing is
taking place.
Enter the Filling rate. The rate should be reduced for viscous
liquids. The maximum filling rate depends on the cylinder volume of
the exchange or dosing unit used (see Section 3.8.6).
You can carry out manual dosing with [Dose]. When a cylinder
volume has been added, the dosing cylinder will be refilled
automatically.
You can refill the dosing cylinder with [Fill]. The shown volume
will be reset to 0.0000 mL.
If you exit the dialog with [Back] then the dosing cylinder will be refilled
automatically and the valve switched to the exchange position.
Dosing fixed volume
Under Dosing device/Dosing fixed volume you can add a specified
volume.
Open the dialog with [Dosing fixed volume].
Enter the desired volume.
Enter the Dosing rate. The rate should be reduced for viscous
liquids. The maximum dosing rate depends on the cylinder volume
of the exchange or dosing unit used (see Section 3.8.6).

If the Fill automatically checkbox is activated then the dosing
cylinder will be refilled automatically after dosing has been carried out
and the added volume will be reset to 0.0000 mL in the volume display
(see below). If you want to carry out successive dosing cycles and if the
volumes that are already dosed are to be accumulated then deactivate
the checkbox. The added volume will only be reset to 0.0000 mL when
the dosing cylinder is refilled with [Fill].
Press [Start] to start the addition of the preset volume. The
display switches automatically to the volume display.
