• Manual termination with the [STOP] fixed key
• Termination because of an error
• Termination by remote signal via the Control remote box
If the checkboxes Pumps off and Stirrer off are activated then,
when a method is stopped, all the connected pumps and stirrers will be
switched off. Under Set remote lines you can enter a binary pattern
or select a signal from the templates. The templates are defined under
System/Templates/Output lines. For entering a binary pattern please
consult the Online help.
3.16.8 Note
Under Method options/Note you can enter a short description of the
method. If you activate the Automatically after loading the
method checkbox under Note/Display options then the note will be
shown after the method has been loaded. The note is concluded with
[Continue]. You can exit the note dialog with [Back] or [Home]. You
can use this function to provide the user with further important
information about carrying out the determination. For example, after
loading the method example Determination of HCl the following note
will be displayed:
This function should not be used when the method is loaded
automatically when processing a sample data silo (see Section 3.19.3).
