3.13.3 Monitoring the validity
You can monitor the time interval after which the common variable
must be assigned a new value. (A detailed description of the monitoring
function using "Titer validity" as an example can be found in
Section 3.8.4.)
Open the dialog Edit common variables/Validity and activate
the Monitoring checkbox.
Enter either the time interval for the validity of the common
variable or the date for the Next assignment. If the time interval or
date is edited then the other parameter will be updated
automatically.
Select an Action to be carried out when the time interval has
expired. The validity of the common variable will be checked on
each START of a determination if the particular common variable is
to be used in the method.
When the validity of the common variables is being monitored then the
date for the Next assignment will be shown under Common
variables/Edit.
