The 732 IC Detector has 4 programmable remote input lines
which can be used to trigger a total of 15 different instrument
functions (for details, see section 6.2.1). The default assign-
ment of the individual functions to the status of the 4 input
lines 2 … 5 (defined by the corresponding decimal code
1 … 15) can be changed if need be. Several functions can
thus also be assigned the same status.
