j CPU module failure. Replace the CPU module (A10).
RSĆ422 test RSĆ422 test is stopped or could not

j Loop-back cable is not connected properly. Check the
loop-back cable connection.
j CPU module failure. Replace the CPU module (A10).
j Loop-back cable failure. Replace the loop-back cable.
KEY and LED test When a key is pressed, correspondĆ
ing lamp does not light on or off.
j Keyboard module failure. Replace the Keyboard module
(A20).
j CPU module failure. Replace the CPU module (A10).
j Power supply unit failure. Replace the power supply.
LCD test Character(s) does/do not display
properly.

Lever and knob operation
test
Value for the ADC does not vary
continuously as the lever moves.
j CPU module failure. Replace the CPU module (A10).
j VAR lever unit failure. Replace the VAR lever unit.
SOLENOID does not turn on or off
as the lever button turns on or off.
j Lever is not installed into the VAR lever unit properly. Check
the Lever and VAR lever unit installation.
j CPU module failure. Replace the CPU module (A10).
j Lever unit failure. Replace the lever unit.
SOLENOID turns on or off as the
lever button turns on or off, but
stopper is not released.
j VAR lever unit failure. Replace the VAR lever unit.
Value does not indicate rotation
speed as the knob turns.
j Encoder unit failure. Replace the Encoder unit.
j CPU module failure. Replace the CPU module (A10).
Clutch for the dial does not turn on
and off every when the STHL key is
pressed.
Clutch is not enabled on the knob or
stopper does not work.
j SHTL key failure. Replace the Keyboard (A20).

j Power supply unit failure. Replace the power supply.
Value for the ORG does not turn to 1

j JOG/SHUTTLE unit failure. Replace the JOG/SHUTTLE unit.

j Test takes 20 seconds to terminate. Wait for 20 seconds.
