Repackaging
This subsection contains information about repackaging the Live Controller for
shipment.
Repackaging Instructions
Use a corrugated cardboard shipping carton having a test strength of at least 54.0
pounds (24.5 kg) and with an inside dimension at least six inches (15 cm) greater
than the Live Controller dimensions. (If available, use the original shipping
carton, which meets these requirements.)
If the Live Controller is shipped to a Grass Valley Group Service Center, enclose
the following information:
H The company name and address.
H Name and phone number of a contact person.
H Type and serial number of the Live Controller.
H Reason for returning.
H A complete description of the service required.
Seal the shipping carton with strapping tape.
Mark the address of the Grass Valley Group Service Center and your own return
address on the shipping carton in two prominent locations.
