WEB,PAR: Web Server Control & Administrator Profile
Function This command is used to enable or disable the use of the Web
Server and define the profile of the receiver administrator.
There is necessarily one –and just one– administrator profile
per receiver.

s1 Company name 255 characters max.
s2 Administrator name 255 characters max.
