The Hiding Devices dialog is invoked as shown in

Check the upper level box (hierarchically) to hide all communications on an address, or
the lower level to hide individual endpoints.
Clicking on the Pin will make the dialog stay available after applying the hiding. The Class
is determined from the class decoder mapping, which could have occurred either
automatically or via the user applying it explicitly.
