– 16 table positions (VTPOSC−No1 ... VTPOSC−No16) are available.
l Enter fixed position values in s_units under C1477/x
– 16 table positions (VTPOSC−No17 ... VTPOSC−No32) are available.
l Enter fixed position values in [inc] under C0474.
– 10 table positions (VTPOSC−No33 ... VTPOSC−No42) are available.
l Enter variable position target values via VTPOS−INx.
– 10 table positions (VTPOS−No43 ... VTPOS−No52) are available.
– Signal input via function blocks
– The position target values must be transmitted to the table positions before the
corresponding program set starts and accesses these values.
