This function is only available for FB SPC2.
Purpose
Avoids undefined switching of the output signals (in standstill the drive is exactly on a switching
point).

l The hysteresis is selected under C1658.
– The setting is valid for SPC2−STAT1 ... SPC2−STAT8.
