Offline all ports (linkdown).

Offline the specified ports (linkdown).
When setting multiple port numbers, separate them with commas (,).
When setting sequential numbers, separate them with hyphens (-). (Example: "1-8")

Explanation Disconnect or place the port offline for communication.
