. The state specified here must be an earlier

state than the current state of the servers that are being configured.

Examples

The following example configures the

server to the

Clusterized

state:

The following example returns the

configure system

The

configure system

command configures the HP SFS system. A series of questions prompts you to

enter the required system information.

configure system

A.6.1

create alert

The

create alert

command creates an email alert. An email alert has a name, a filter, and one or more

email addresses where an email is sent when an event occurs that matches the filter on the alert. When you

enter the

create alert

command, a series of questions prompts you to enter the required information.

Note that if you enter more than one email address, you must separate the entries with commas.

The following are valid attributes and operators that can be used to create an email alert filter:

The

create attribute

command creates a system attribute and/or sets the value of the attribute. You

can only create and set certain attributes.

In most cases, the new attribute or value does not come into effect until you configure servers or reconfigure

file systems. The

create attribute

command prints a message describing the action that is needed to

bring the new attribute or value into effect.

TIP:

The

create attribute

command is the same as the

set attribute

command.
