normally, and that the problem is related to array 3. Examine the controller and switch connections,
and correct any faults before proceeding to the next step.

When you have corrected any faults in the controller and switch connections, turn on the power to all
Fibre Channel switches.
8.
Reboot all servers, as described in Steps 2 through 5 above.

Use the
show lun
command as described in Step 6 above to verify that each LUN is visible to two
servers in a server pair.
10.
Turn off the power to (or remove the power cable from) the Fibre Channel switches on the second
Fibre Channel fabric connection.
11.
After 30 seconds, enter the
show server
command and verify that all servers are still running; that
is, the output in the
State
field is set to
running
for all servers.
12.
Use the
show lun
command as described in Step 6 above to verify that each LUN is visible to two
servers in a server pair.
13.
Turn on the power to all Fibre Channel switches.
6.1.4 Confirming the status of SFS20 hardware using the hpacucli utility
You can use the
hpacucli
utility to view information about the SFS20 arrays attached to a server, and
information about the Smart Array 6404 HBA controllers on the server. This section describes how to use
this utility, and describes the information that you should examine.
Log into one of the servers to which the array is attached, and start the
hpacucli
utility by entering the
following command:
# hpacucli
HP Array Configuration Utility CLI 7.50.18.0
Detecting Controllers...Done.
Type "help" for a list of supported commands.
Type "exit" to close the console.

To identify the serial numbers of the SFS20 arrays attached to a server using the
hpacucli
utility, enter the
following command:
