You are now asked to specify how many OST services the file system is to use. In this example, the OST
services are not mirrored. If you are creating mirrored OST LUNs, see Section 5.2.2.2 for more information.
You need to specify the OSTs to use in the filesystem.

The list of available OST LUNs is displayed again, and you are now asked to specify a LUN number and
preferred server for each OST service. Section 5.2.2.1 provides information on planning OST services; use
the information in that section to help you to specify OST services in a way that will support optimal file
system performance.
Each time you select a LUN, the list is displayed again with that LUN removed from the list. If you opted to
set up mirrored LUNs, when you are prompted for the second LUN in a pair of LUNs, only LUNs from a
different array are shown.
In this example, it would be good practice to select
south3
(the default) as the preferred server for LUNs
8 and 13 and
south4
(the default) the preferred server for LUNs 11 and 15.

You are now asked to specify the primary usage of the file system, so that the system software can optimize
file system performance.
The file system can be optimized for the following I/O scenarios:
1) Predominantly large file streamed sequential access
2) Large numbers of smaller files

You are now asked to specify mount options for the file system. Specify the mount options you want to use
for the MDS services. Accept the defaults for the mount options for the OST services.
Lustre can use any ext3 mount options to mount the MDS LUNs file systems.
