Feature operation
Attendant Overflow Position calls will be rerouted to all appearances of the
AOP DN as long as the following conditions are met:
• The system is not in Night Service.
• The Attendant Overflow key (any AOP DN appearance) is not activated.
• At least one appearance of the AOP DN is on a telephone that does
not have Make Set Busy activated.
To prevent attendant overflow calls from being rerouted to the AOP DN, do
any of the following:
• Activate the Attendant Overflow Position Busy key.
• Activate the Make Set Busy key on all telephones with an appearance
of the AOP DN.
• Place the system in Night Service.
To prevent attendant overflow calls from being rerouted to a single telephone
with an appearance of the AOP DN (but not others):
• Activate Make Set Busy or
• Activate Call Forward All Calls (analog (500/2500 type) telephone).
