Attendant Administration
The following features can be changed by Attendant Administration (any
feature not included in the list cannot be modified or changed by the
Attendant Administration feature):

Operating Parameters
Calls cannot be initiated or received by the console while it is in the Program
mode.
The attendant can only change data for the customer to which the console
belongs.
The system generates Customer Service Change (CSC) messages that
indicate changes made to individual telephones. These messages may be
output on a system terminal or stored in the History File.
