Parameters –

– Number of the controller targeted by this command.
•
– {upload/clear} depending on whether the IR events need
to be uploaded in a text format or erased from the controller.
•
[] – An optional filename specified to dump the log
information in a text format. If no filename is specified, the default
filename of
logir.log is used.
•
[noprompt] – An optional argument that eliminates the prompt when
used with a clear action.
Program Return Value –
0x00 SUCCESS: Command completed successfully.
0x01 FAILURE: Bad command line arguments or operational failure.
0x02 ADAPTER_NOT_FOUND: Specified adapter cannot be found.
6.3.13 SETOFFLINE Command
The SETOFFLINE command makes a physical disk in a volume offline.
A physical disk that is taken offline changes its state to Failed (FLD), but
the disk is still associated with the volume and therefore cannot be
addressed by normal I/O requests. If a new disk replaces an offline disk,
the new disk is automatically brought online. Otherwise, the disk remains
offline until explicitly brought online by the SETONLINE command.

by this command.

– SCSI target ID of the drive targeted by this command.

0x00 SUCCESS: Command completed successfully.
