Description of Features 4-27
1503-UM054C-EN-P – June 2013
This is a Fault condition and the IntelliVAC Plus will not respond to
other commands until this condition is restored to normal. Check the
condition of the contactor or the status of the Contactor Auxiliary
Input.
This indicates that the Basic module within the IntelliVAC Plus unit
has a fault due to a power up condition occurring with the contactor
in a Closed position and the status of the contactor being controlled
is in a Closed condition.
The Module status LED is flashing Red with 2 consecutive red
flashes followed by a pause to indicate a module with fault level
problem and the Module status relay is open to prevent externally
connected circuits from functioning.
The Contactor status LED is Yellow to indicate that the contactor is
in a Closed condition and the Contactor status relay is closed to
reflect the status of the contactor thus allowing externally connected
circuits to function.
This condition is valid for Electrically Held contactors only.
Contactor Fails to Pick Up
This is a Warning condition and the status of the contactor coil or
Contactor Auxiliary Input should be checked.
This indicates that the Basic module within the IntelliVAC Plus unit
has a warning due to the contactor failing to pick up after being
given a Close or Jog command and the status of the contactor being
controlled is in an Open or Closed condition (dependant on the status
of the contactor).
The Module status LED is flashing Yellow followed by 1
consecutive red flash followed by a pause, to indicate a module that
has failed to pick up the contactor and the Module status relay is
closed to allow externally connected circuits to function.
The Contactor status LED is Yellow or off to indicate that the
contactor is in a Closed or Open condition and the Contactor status
relay is Closed or Open to reflect the status of the contactor thus
allowing or preventing externally connected circuits to function.
This condition is valid for both Electrically Held and Mechanically
Latched contactors.
