This parameter allows the user to view the status of the Learn Mode
setting for the IB3 module. If it is Off, then the IB3 contactor will
not try to determine the type of contactor that it is connected to. If it
is On, then the IB3 contactor will try to determine the type of
contactor that it is connected to. This feature is not functional on the
Rev 1.01 firmware release.
