This parameter allows the user to view the Pick Up Time for the IB5
contactor. The Pick Up Time is the interval from when a Close or
Trip command is issued to the time that the Contactor Auxiliary
contact on IB5 opens, indicating that the contactor is closed.

Setting set from the IB1 DIP switches. The Time Delay
Undervoltage Setting is initially set by the IB1 DIP switches but can
be over-ridden by Parameter #133 after which time the original IB1
DIP switch settings will no longer be used. See TDUV in Chapter 8
and Table 8.E.
