This parameter allows the user to view the status of the Power-Up
Safety setting for the IB2 module. If it is enabled then the IB2
contactor will not close the contactor if the unit powers up with a
Close command present. If it is disabled then the IB2 contactor will
close the contactor if the unit powers up with a Close command
present. See Power-up Safety in Chapter 8 and Table 8.F.
