This parameter allows the user to view the status of the contactor
Close input from the IntelliVAC Basic Module #1. An Off status
refers to the Close input having no input voltage indicating an
absence of a Close input. An On status refers to the Close input
having a valid input voltage indicating a presence of a Close input.
See the Electrical Specifications section in Table 1.A for the voltage
level for a valid Off and On input.
