Check that the Trip command is present
on the Trip input and that the voltage is
greater than or equal to the minimum
level listed in the Electrical Specifications
section.
Check that the Contactor Auxiliary status
connection between the contactor and
TB2-11/1,2 on the IntellilVAC Plus is
correct.
Check that there is not a Trip Coil open
message fault on DeviceNet or that the
Coil Open fault is not present on the Plus
Status LED. This could be caused by a
bad (open) coil or an open coil
connection.

Power up with contactor Closed.
Contactor Auxiliary status missing
Contactor Auxiliary status contact bad
Contactor bottles bad
Obstruction in contactor
Check that the Contactor Auxiliary status
connection between the contactor and
TB11/1,2 on the IntelliVAC Plus is correct.
Check that the contactor Auxiliary status
contacts are functioning.
Check that the contactor bottles are not
welded closed.
Check that there is not an obstruction (or
possible binding in the contactor pivot
points) in the contactor which prevents
the bottle armature from opening.

prevents the bottle armature from
closing.
