This parameter allows the user to view the Time Delay Undervoltage
Setting set from the IB2 DIP switches. The Time Delay
Undervoltage Setting is initially set by the IB2 DIP switches but can
be over-ridden by Parameter #134 after which time the original IB2
DIP switch settings will no longer be used. See TDUV in Chapter 8
and Table 8.E.
