This parameter allows the user to view and set the status of the Time
Delay UnderVoltage setting for the IB5 contactor module. If it is
disabled then the TDUV feature for the IB5 contactor is disabled. If
it is enabled then the TDUV feature for the IB5 contactor is enabled.

This parameter allows the user to view the status of the Power-Up
Safety setting for the IB1 module. If it is enabled then the IB1
contactor will not close the contactor if the unit powers up with a
Close command present. If it is disabled then the IB1 contactor will
close the contactor if the unit powers up with a Close command
present. See Power-up Safety in Chapter 8 and Table 8.F.
