This parameter allows the user to view and set the Drop Out Time
setting for the IB4 module. The Drop Out Time is the time required
from the moment that an Open or Trip command is issued to the time
that the Contactor Auxiliary Status contact, on IB4, closes, to
indicate that the contactor has opened. See Contactor Drop Out
Time in Chapter 8 and Table 8.B.
