This parameter allows the user to view the Drop Out Time Setting
set from the IB4 DIP switches. The Drop Out Time is initially set by
the IB4 DIP switches but can be over-ridden by Parameter #116 after
which time the original IB4 DIP switch settings will no longer be used.
