IB1 power loss
Input mains voltage is too low
Failed internal fuse
Faulty IntelliVAC Plus power supply
Check the mains input line and verify that it is greater
than the minimum operating level as defined in the
Electrical Specifications. For proper operation the
input line must be greater than 95Vrms to allow a
contactor to be closed. If the input voltage remains
less than 95Vrms then improvements to the source
must be made. Although the electronics in the
IntelliVAC Plus and IntelliVAC MC units will operate
to a much lower voltage level than 95Vrms, the
contactor will not be able to be closed at such low
levels.
Replace the internal fuse.
Replace the IntelliVAC Plus module.

Faulty IntelliVAC Plus unit
Faulty IntelliVAC MC unit(s)
Check the connections between the IntelliVAC Plus
and the contactor.
Check the resistance of the coil and confirm that it is
in the range.
Check the connections between the other IntelliVAC
MC units and their contactors.
Check the resistance of the coils controlled by other
IntelliVAC MC units and confirm that they are in the
range.
Replace the IntelliVAC Plus unit.
Replace other IntelliVAC MC unit(s).

In an IntelliVAC MC system, the correct number of
addresses has not been selected. Set the additional
IntelliVAC MC addresses to 2,3,4 or 5 only.
In an IntelliVAC MC system, invalid addresses have
been selected. Set the additional IntelliVAC MC
address to 2,3,4 or 5 only. Addresses 0,1,6 and 7 are
not valid for the additional IntelliVAC MC units.
In an IntelliVAC MC system, there can be no
duplication of addresses. Addresses 2,3,4 or 5 can
only be used by one individual IntelliVAC MC unit.
In an IntelliVAC MC system, an incorrect R
TERM
resistor on only the last IntelliVAC MC unit in an
IntelliVAC MC system.
