This parameter allows the user to view and set the condition where
the local logic (DeviceLogix will override a DeviceNet
Communications Fault (ie. Communication loss or time out). If it is
disabled then the local logic (DeviceLogix) cannot override a
DeviceNet Communications Fault and it will cease operating. If it is
enabled then the logic (DeviceLogix) can override a DeviceNet
Communications Fault and it will continue to operate.
