State Advertisement (LSA).
The router-id is the router ID of the device.
The ip-addr is the IP address of the interface on the device.
The nbr-router-id is the router ID of the neighbor router.
The packet-type can be one of the following:

hello
•
database description
•
link state request
•
link state update
•
link state ack
•
unknown
The lsa-type is the type of LSA.
The lsa-id is the LSA ID.
The lsa-router-id is the LSA router ID.
