How to Lock Out and Unlock Cards
To lock out invalid cards,
Type: LOCK CARD.
You may use the C option with the command LOCK CARD. The site in this
example has bit-mapped lockout.
This example has limited lockout.
To unlock valid cards,
Type: UNLOCK CARD.
You may use the C option with the command UNLOCK CARD. The site in this
example has bit-mapped lockout.
The site in this example has bit-mapped lockout; the example shows a range of
numbers.
