7) If most of the FontID1 embossed character thicknesses are less than 0.0180 in., increase the
thickness:
a) Select FontID1 > CamAngleTop, add 10 to the current setting, enter the new value in the text
entry box at the top right of the screen, and press the E key.
b) If the latest tuning card was slightly concave down (“frowning”) around FontID1, leave FontID1
> CamAngleBottom setting as it is. Otherwise, select FontID1 > CamAngleBottom, add 10 to
the current setting, enter the new value in the text entry box at the top right of the screen, and
press the
E key.
8) If most of the FontID2 embossed character thicknesses are less than 0.0180 in., increase the
thickness:
a) Select FontID2 > CamAngleTop, add 10 to the current setting, enter the new value in the text
entry box at the top right of the screen, and press the E key.
b) If the latest tuning card was slightly concave down (“frowning”) around FontID2, leave FontID2
> CamAngleBottom setting as it is. Otherwise, select FontID2 > CamAngleBottom, add 10 to
the current setting, enter the new value in the text entry box at the top right of the screen, and
press the
E key.
9) Press the Save button to save the new settings.
10) Repeat the steps in this section until all embossed font thicknesses are between 0.0180in. and
0.0190in.
