To re-install the MLB, reverse the steps you followed to remove it. When you insert it into the device,
make sure to line up the MLB tray with its tracks on the lower deck (see Figure 4-99). Push it gently into
the slot until you feel a small amount of friction. When the thumb screws can be tightened without
popping back up, it is lined up properly.

After re-installing the MLB, follow these steps:
1) Depending on the situation, it may be necessary to complete additional software or hardware
configuration steps as directed by your reseller, MagTek Support Services, or MagTek Engineering,
BEFORE powering up the device.
2) Perform any additional service that requires the device to be powered off and open.
3) Close the top access door.
4) Re-attach the power cable, network cable, and any security hardware.
5) Power up the device.
6) From the touchscreen, navigate to Menu > Samples , create a sample card, and make sure the device
functions properly and the sample looks correct.
