Running Compliance at an Offset

To run compliance at an offset you must specify the offset in the compliance.inf file
(in decimal) located in TA700_TA800 directory. Keep in mind that the least 2
significant bits are masked. For more information refer to the compliance_readme.txt
file in TA700_TA800\manual directory
