occurred during the tests.
3.7.6. Service Processor Functions
You can reset (reboot) the Service Processor in a cell or take a dump of Service
Processor data to send to the support center for analysis.
Figure 3-33 shows the cell
Service Processor page. If you access the Service Processors page from a cell remote
console interface, the actions affect only that cell.

To reset the Service Processor
1. Click Reset on the cell Service Processor page.
The Service Processor is rebooted and the connection to the remote console
interface is lost.
2. Refresh the page and log on.
The connection to the cell remote console interface is restored.
To take a dump of Service Processor data
1. Click Dump .
A dump file is created that includes all saved hardware state data for the cell. Data
is collected in a single file in compressed format.
2. Click Save .
