y When working in the server cabinet or a peripheral cabinet, wear a wrist strap and
ground lead assembly connected to one of the wrist strap ground points located in
the cabinet.
y When removing defective assemblies, place the assembly in an ESD container
before removing the ESD wrist strap. If you are working on the card, place it on a
properly grounded ESD mat.

11.9. DIMM (CRU)
Ensure the replacement DIMM has the same part number as the DIMM that is to be
removed. The different types of DIMMs are not interchangeable.
