The Memory Properties window for monitoring functions appears, on which you can
specify the following settings:
• Select

Sample Interval
seconds to set the memory monitoring cycle
interval.
• Select

Sample Consecutive Number
to set maximum number of
consecutive memory utilization threshold violations.
• Select
Enable Threshold
to activate the memory utilization threshold settings.
• Select values for Fatal and Warning alerts for memory utilization threshold
violations.
• Click
ok
.
10. Select Page Fault and press Enter.
The Page Fault Properties window for monitoring functions appears, on which you
can specify the following settings:
• Select
the
Sample Interval
seconds to set the page fault monitoring cycle
interval.
• Select
the
Sample Consecutive Number
to set maximum number of
consecutive page fault threshold violations.
• Select
Enable Threshold
to activate the page fault threshold settings.
• Select values for Fatal and Warning alerts for page fault threshold violations.
• Click

11. Click close to save the settings and close the EXPRESSSCOPE® Monitor for
monitoring functions (ESMagntconf).
To configure alert notifications about report setting functions
1. Start the EXPRESSSCOPE® Monitor for reporting functions (ESMamsadm) by
executing the following command:
# ./ESMamsadm
2. Select
Base Setting
on the Report Setting window, and press Enter.
The Base Setting window appears, in which you specify notification methods.
a. Under
Report
, select the desired notification method, enter values in the
subsequent window, and click ok.
