• System name
- Identifies the system in remote console interfaces, such as the top banner of
each page.
- Identifies the system on the cell EXPRESSSCOPE® Monitor LCD.
- Identifies the system in Call Home packets that are sent to the support center.
- This value is set at the factory. The default value is
SystemNameserial_number.
- You can edit the system name on this page, if desired, keeping in mind any
historical logs or records that contain the previous name. The system name
can be up to 32 characters consisting of letters, numbers, and spaces.
3.6.2. Partitioning
Each cell is a member of exactly one partition at any time. No cell components can be
shared between partitions. Systems with only one cell have only one partition.
