MLAN addresses for all partitions and cells must be on the same LAN segment.
Network addresses also appear as IP addresses on the EXPRESSSCOPE® Monitor
interface on the partition network submenu or on the cell network submenu (refer to
4.5
Network ).

3.5.16. SSL Certificate
A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate exists for the remote console interface for
each partition and each cell. SSL certificates contain the IP address of the Web server
for the secure pages, which is the MLAN address of each partition and each cell. Each
MLAN address requires unique certificates.
SSL certificates eliminate warning dialog boxes that browsers display automatically
when using the secure https secure interface. The generated warnings depend on the
browser used. Management firmware provides SSL certificates that grant full access to
all remote console interface functionality and eliminate some, but not all, browser startup
warning dialog boxes. The security administrator for your site is responsible for
maintaining SSL certificates.
