5.11. BIOS Operational Considerations
The BIOS does not support booting from an expansion rack slot. OPROMs are not
executed for expansion rack devices.
The BIOS has limited space for OPROM execution. The default settings for device
OPROMs execute only the OPROM for the inbuilt SAS card in the boot cell. Enabling
more OPROMs can result in depletion of OPROM space and some enabled OPROMs
still not being executed.
