DC turned on when AC is applied to the cells in this partition
DC power is turned on when AC power is applied to cells in the partition. The
partition starts automatically when the system receives power.

Restore DC to its state prior to AC loss
DC power is restored to its previous state before AC power was removed from
the cells in the partition. The partition starts automatically when the system
receives power or not, depending on its previous state.

Delay in restoring DC power when AC is applied
This value is the number of seconds of delay in restoring DC power when AC power
is applied.
