For a Level I assessment, the report is shorter, listing the energy conser-
vation measures based on the walk-through site visit. A Level II assessment
report contains the fi ndings from the site visit, measured values, and analysis
based on them.
5.12 Content of the Report
5.12.1 Executive Summary
This important part of the report should be suitable for nontechnical decision-
makers (managers and fi nanciers). It shall include a brief description of the
assessed building, major issues and cost, and water and energy conservation
measures with the estimated cost and saving and a payback analysis summed
up in a table of proposed energy conservation measures.
