ment, conformity of parameters of a microclimate to design conditions, param-
eters of the heat-media, inertial properties (thermal stability) of a building and
the equipment, dynamics of change of the outdoor conditions, and so forth.
Computed energy balances allow estimation of heat consumption, calculation
of specifi c systems parameters, and identifi cation of areas where reduction of
power consumption is feasible.
