Preparing media items for playout
The Co-References tab
A number of video clips may be created for the same media file. This happens, for example,
when you create a video clip for a long media file and then use it to create clips for shorter
segments of the file. More details , page 278.
These clips, referring to the same media file, are “co-references”.
When an asset you select in the results pane has related co-references, the Property Editor
shows details of these under the Co-References tab:
Below the list of co-references, the Property Editor shows their positions on a timeline that
represents the duration of the media file.
