The CG application
Preview transitions and vision effects
Once you have set the transitions and vision effects for each group, you can preview the CG.
1.
Enter a duration in the Preview Duration box.
2.
Click Preview (the button turns green).
iTX plays the CG, with transitions and vision effects, in the workspace.
Using the template controls
About the file-management buttons
You can perform general file-management tasks while the CG application is in the template
operating mode. In doing so, you use the file-management buttons:
•
Load, to load an existing CG template.
•
Save, to save changes to your current CG template on the Media Store.
•
Save As, to save changes to your current CG template in a new CG template on the Media
Store.
•
Export Graphic, to export your current CG template as a graphics file (with a .png filename
extension).
Note:
•
CG template files have a ".cap" filename extension.
Select the template operating mode
1.
Click Template to select the template operating mode.
Load an existing CG template
1.
Click Load to open PinPoint, the iTX search tool.
2.
Use PinPoint to select a CG template.
The CG application loads the CG objects in the workspace.
Save changes to the current CG template
In this procedure, you overwrite the previous version of a CG template after making changes to
it.
1.
Click Save to save your changes.
Note: The Save button only becomes active after you load a CG template.
