5. Wait for the prompt shown below before restoring power to the terminal.

6. When you restore terminal power, the firmware download begins
automatically. The following message appears on your laptop screen.

7. The screens shots copied below show the progress status of firmware file
transfer.

8. Once the firmware download is complete, the message “Download
successfully completed!” appears. Press any key to close the DOSFWDL
program.
9. Remove the serial cable from your laptop and connect it to ACB board
port J12. The terminal will begin communication with the drive.
