Gearbox lubrication
The motor and the gearbox have separate lubrication. The
gearbox is lubricated by oil splashing.
The recommended oil type should have EP
characteristics according to MIL-L-2105 C & API GL5.
– For standard conditions, the recommended oil is:
1.Mineral oil SAE 80W/90.
2.Synthetic oil SAE 75W/90.
– For heavy duty conditions (high loads, high duty cycles
or high ambient temperatures), the recommended oil is:
1.Mineral oil SAE 85W/140.
2.Synthetic oil SAE 80W/140.
In following table the most common brands of lubricant
and the types recommended are shown.
INFORMATION
DURING OPERATION THE OIL TEMPERATURE MUST
NOT EXCEED 85-90°C INTERMITTENT.

USE ONLY SYNTHETIC OILS WITH PAO BASE IF NOT
OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE ORDER.
